Talented singer/producer DAVID TAO has admitted that he will ask his future partner to sign a prenuptial agreement before he will tie the knot. You, see, he owns a lot of valuable property and he wants to protect it at all cost. The star has invested his income in real estate, and with all the houses he bought these past years, he's accumulated quite a tidy sum. David said: "My parents don't know how to manage the money so I bought a few houses in U.S and Taiwan. I want to save all the property and wealth I've earned through my hard work for my parents or my future son. I know it sounds merciless but I'd prefer to sign a pre-nup before I sign the wedding contract."
