Best Sexual Positions

Here we are going to look at some sexual positions from history that despite being thousands of years old are still popular today and give immense satisfaction to both men and women. In 14th century Italy lived one of the greatest poets and writers of all time; the famous Giovanni Boccaccio. In his timeless masterpiece, the Decameron, the reader finds 100 stories, covering a whole panorama of subjects. Clothed in symbology, but clear nevertheless to the intellectual reader, one can find clear eroticism in a few of the stories.
.
Boccaccio was a master of language and symbolism, and was able to describe a sexual technique popular at the time. It concerns two lovers’ efforts to fill their sexual activity with great variety.
.
They appear to stumble on a position that enhances the grip the vagina has on the man’s penis. This would be ideal for a man with a smaller (or in today’s language, normal penis)
.
The Male Penis in the 13th and 14th CenturyNot a great deal is known, as even preserved penises shrink to very small sizes (Napoleon who was reported to have a very large penis had his penis preserved after his death.
.
It is on show at a Paris museum. It is a poor blackened fossil of about 2 inches). The statues of the period (especially those of Michelangelo) show men with rather small and delicate penises.
The Sexual Position in BoccaccioIt
It appears the woman is on her back, with a pillow under her buttocks.
.
This raises her hips very much toward the man. The man is standing, and places himself between her legs.
.
He will lovingly raise the lady’s thighs high as possible, pressing them even to her breasts. The man then grabs the lady’s arms, in a loving embrace.
.
At this point, the man will penetrate the woman, finding this position has compressed her vagina, and making it very tight and close. The sensation is wonderful for both the man and woman.
.
The man should not thrust but press and rotate hips leaving his penis fully inserted.
.
This brings an exquisite pleasure to the woman as the man’s penis is up against the g-spot and the man feels the full pressure from the vagina’s muscles and compressed space.
.
The man must keep his penis fully inserted, and make false thrusts with his hips as pressure only.
.
The circular and gyrating motion of the man’s hips can be fully reciprocated by that of the woman.
.
As this position is quite tiring for the woman, she usually will real her climax and crisis very quickly, and usually with whole body spasms.
.
Boccaccio suggests that after such lovemaking, the couple will lay together and gaze into each other’s eyes, giving some spiritual pleasure to a transforming physical experience.
.
The couple should lie first in silence till their systems have returned to the quiet state. A gentle sleep can follow, taking the couple to even higher spiritual feeling.
.
After this small rest, the man (if he has slept, even for a moment) may find himself fully recovered for additional sexual activity.
.
The woman will also be quite ready. A repeat of the position above is not recommended, but a side-to-side position with rear entry.
