DAVID BECKHAM may look fantastic, but the footballer will be the first to admit that he has to work pretty hard at looking – dare we said it – so d@mn gorgeous! The soccer superstar revealed: “I’m quite a man’s man, but I also love to look after myself. I like to use creams, facial cream and body cream. It’s nice being married to VICTORIA because she has everything.”
On that healthy note, David has also been banned from junk food by his L.A. Galaxy coach, FRANK YALLOP, after being snapped on more than one occasion indulging in greasy, fatty treats. Well he is only human after all…
LITTLE BECKHAMS PLAY BALL!
Having settled into their new Los Angeles home, VICTORIA BECKHAM got straight into her motherly duties, bringing her three sons, BROOKLYN, ROMEO and CRUZ, to play soccer at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, California. While little Cruz contented himself with being a spectator alongside mommy, Brooklyn and Romeo were introduced to the coach in charge of the ReaL. So Cal Soccer Club, and his skills and all. Guess he really is a kick off the odd block from daddy David Beckham eh?
BECKS GO TO HARLEM!
He’s only been in the country for three months and already, DAVID BECKHAM is doing his part for American soccer. The football star took part in the Harlem Youth Soccer Clinic at Jacob Schiff Field in New York City recently, much to the delight of the kids. The initiative is sponsored by MLS (Major League Soccer) in order to raise awareness for the need to make more areas available in urban neighborhoods so kids can play soccer, and if David’s appearance doesn’t make them mad about the sport, nothing will, really. As he was leaving, a fan asked him to sign his shoes, but David took off his own shoes instead, signed them and gave them to the fan! Awwww….that’s mighty nice of you, Becks!
