Poor, poor Britney, losses custody of her two boys

It’s bad, bad time to be BRITNEY SPEARS. After the trials and tribulations of recent weeks, the pop star just might have suffered her biggest blow yet – when she lost two custody of her two sons, two-year-old SEAN PRESTON and one-year-old Jayden James!
A lawyer for the former pop princess revealed that the ruling was handed down after Brits was found out to have not taken a random drug and alcohol test and couldn’t provide a California driver’s license. As a result, Brit’s ex hubby KEVIN FEDERLINE a.k.a K-Fed, has got temporary custody of both boys “until further order by the court.”

Perhaps too late, Brits promptly applied for a California driver’s license soon after she handed Sean and Jayden to Kevin’s bodyguard.

“[Brits] has fulfilled her requirements for a California driver’s license,” said a California Department of motor Vehicles spokesman. “Ms. Spears actually took and passed a written test in April. She was fingerprinted and photographed yesterday. She will be issued a formal license in the mail soon.”

Unfortunately, Brits wasn’t quite as complaint about the judge’s other orders, in particular the taking of random drug and alcohol test”, it seems failing to take one is the same as failing the test altogether.

Soon after the ruling, a source commented: “It’s been leading up to this all along. Nothing is surprising to anyone. The judge laid out a specific plan for each person to follow. She clearly could not.” Prior to this, Brits and Kevin, who divorced in July this year, had shared 50-50 custody of the kids.

Just a couple of days earlier, the 25-years-old pop singer was seen having dinner with her two boys at Taverna Tony in Malibu, as the paparazzi camped outside. “She seemed fine,” said restaurant owner Tony. “She was very comfortable having dinner with her boys. The kids had a good time. Then we had to fight the paparazzi, of course.”

Well according to a pal, Brits is optimistic that she’ll get her kids back soon. Reminding reporters that Kevin’s custody of the kids is only “temporary”, close Britney pal SAM LUFTI said: “[We] signed all the necessary documents that she needed to get her done. Scheduling conflicts and errors in communication led her to believe that her deadline was later this week rather than [1 October]. However, once we finally realized what was going on, we completed the list of tasks….so everything’s looking good.”

He added that Brits is “in a good mood, no problems, very optimistic.”

Hmmm….that’s not what Brit’s aunt, CHANDA MCGOVERN, had to say. According to reports in the UK, Chanda has revealed: “We are worried about suicidal tendencies in her. Everything is spiraling. And whether it be intentional or accidental, there may be drug overdose.”

She added: “The kids came second and her party lifestyle came first. It’s heartbreaking. Everybody is human; she just needs to come back down to earth.”

Just don’t hurt yourself when you land, Britney!
